Julie Jensen -- founder, owner and principal advisor for Result Set Advisors -- has more than twenty years experience as a business manager and over eight years as a trainer and "power user" for Brio Query software tools and products.

Her experience makes her uniquely qualified to train and mentor business users to extract useful information from corporate databases. As a business manager, she saw firsthand how training for software tools focused on generic situations with little specific applicability. She also observed consultants making decisions and giving advice based on very little knowledge of her company's business with only short-term considerations, not long-term organizational goals.
